Issue: You are having trouble running Custom Tools or accessing computer information and see this error in the Audit History report:
Solution: Check the status of the Credential account.
- The password entered into System Frontier on the Credentials page may be invalid.
- The account could be locked out.
- The account could be disabled.
- Other account restrictions could exist.
- GPO could be blocking the account from running processes on the management server.
Note: Ensure you are checking the Credential account and not the Created By account (or normal user account).
