Tools Fail to Run after Upgrade

Issue: you see the following message on the Computer tab called Hardware after you perform an upgrade and no tools will run:

There was an internal connection error to the management server.

Check the System Frontier Management service on each of your management servers. The service will likely not be running:

Start the System Frontier Management Service on each of your management servers. This should correct the issue.
